  • After your purchase is complete, you will receive an email confirmation at the address we have on file. This email serves as your invoice and includes your order number.

    Our standard processing time is up to two business days. Please note that during peak periods, it may take a bit longer to process your order.

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email with tracking information, so you can easily monitor your delivery's progress.

  • All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges may be considered at our discretion. If you would like to request a refund or exchange, please submit a form on our Contact Us page.

    Please note that claims for refunds or exchanges made more than 60 days after receiving the item will not be accepted.

    Damages and Issues

    We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the situation and make it right. Claims for damages reported after 30 days of receipt will be considered the responsibility of the customer.

  • We accept all major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay for your convenience. Additionally, we offer Afterpay, which allows you to split your payment into four easy installments. When you select Afterpay at checkout, you will be redirected to their website to complete your purchase.

  • our order may have been cancelled for one of two reasons:

    1. Out of Stock: The item you ordered may have been sold in-store before we could fulfill your online order, resulting in it being out of stock.
    2. Fraud Detection: Our system flagged the order as potentially fraudulent. In such cases, fraudulent orders are automatically cancelled and refunded for your protection.

    If your order was cancelled but was not flagged for fraud, you’re welcome to reorder using the same shipping and billing address to ensure a smooth process.
